However, I have been consulting fertility for years, these products are in my diet, and their usefulness is proven by medical research.
I'm talking not only about broccoli, as the most often related to healthy nutrition. Cauliflower, white cabbage, Brussels sprouts are also very useful. Why is this product the number one fertility food for women? Cabbage contains a massive amount of vitamins and trace elements - iron, magnesium, potassium, and other components necessary for cell construction.
It also contains substances that help the female body, so to say, translate the wrong estrogen hormones into the right ones.
